These paid private sessions are for founders who want sharp, focused guidance without the fluff.
We start with one focused, in-person session. A clear-eyed audit of where you are and what needs to happen next. No commitment beyond that (though some founders choose to continue the work).
When it makes sense, I’ll connect you to the right people (designers, strategists, or collaborators) who can help you go further, faster.
This is not for everyone, and it’s intentionally limited. I work with only two founders at a time to keep every engagement personal and high-impact.

What happens after you submit?
I’ll read your submission personally and send you back a quick yes or no (sometimes I’ll ask a clarifying question first).
If it feels like a fit: we’ll schedule a 15–20 min introductory call to ensure alignment.
From there: we'll confirm the details, get the first session on the calendar, and get to work.
Because I limit this to 2 founders at a time, I only accept applicants who are serious about building (not just curious).
