Case Study: Invo Solutions

Founded in 2012, Invo Solutions is a financial technology company focusing primarily on products built around the video banking model.

Invo sought partnership with Hook to help elevate their branding & marketing collateral to match that of their an industry-leading products. Finding a unique voice in a competitive, niche consumer market was a primary motivator behind Hook’s strategic approach to these rebranding efforts.

Make it stand out

Evolution, not revolution.

In collaboration with the Invo team, Hook determined that the brand equity Invo had built with their original mark was too great to let go of completely.

It was a joint decision to lean into an evolution of Invo’s brand rather than a complete revolution that could potentially confuse their current client base.

Built to scale

With over a dozen (and counting) tech products under the Invo umbrella, it was a paramount for Hook to keep brand scalability in mind. In order to help support Invo’s internal marketing team’s effort to reamin consistent throughout their representation, Hook built out guidelines for subsidiary branding opportunities.

Bringing it all together

With their new brand guidelines in place, Hook set out to rebuild Invo’s web presence from the ground up. Updated user interface additions in combination with the fresh rebrand assets came together to create a much smoother user experience for Invo’s consumers. With these improvements in place, Invo has received a significant uptick in unique web visits year over year.
