We ensure that these assets are meticulously organized and delivered in various file types for your convenience and future use.

However, we've noticed a recurring theme that impacts the efficiency of both our teams: the re-request of project assets, sometimes years after completion. We understand that files can get lost in the digital shuffle, and while we love reconnecting with past clients, frequent retrieval requests have begun to detract from our ability to deliver the innovative and timely service we promise to our current projects.

In response to this, we charge an Archive Retrieval Fee of $150. This fee reflects the time and resources required to locate, organize, and resend historical project files. It’s a way to ensure our team can maintain the high standard of service and creativity you’ve come to expect from us, without compromising our commitment to our current projects.

We encourage our clients to store their delivered assets securely and to make multiple backups to avoid unnecessary retrieval fees. However, should you find yourself in need of past files, this small fee will cover the cost of retrieving your assets from our archives.
